Everything sellers ask before they ship the first box. Pricing, turnaround, categories, returns, onboarding. If your question isn’t here, email us — we reply within 24 hours.
We receive your inventory, prep it for Amazon FBA or Walmart WFS, and ship it to fulfillment centers. We also handle FBM for direct channels (Shopify, eBay, your own storefront).
Prep includes: FNSKU/SKU labeling, polybagging, bubble wrap, sets and bundles, quality inspection, photo documentation, and outbound shipping. Storage and returns processing are available as add-ons.

Pompano Beach, Florida. Our warehouse sits right between Port Everglades (8 miles south) and Miami International Air Cargo (30 miles south). Port of Miami is 15 miles down the coast.
For East Coast and import-heavy sellers, this is one of the best logistical positions in Florida — ocean and air freight access in hours, not days.
Yes — serious sellers welcome. We’ll show you the floor, the prep stations, the inbound and outbound zones, and how your inventory will flow through the operation.
By appointment only. Schedule a visit via the contact form — we’ll reply within 24 hours with available dates.
Three:
If you sell on multiple channels, we handle one inbound inventory pool split across all outbound flows.
Per-unit, transparent. No quote-only mystery. FNSKU labeling starts at $0.30/unit at volume. Polybagging from $0.30/unit. Sets from $0.70 per set. Storage $25/pallet/month. Full breakdown on our Pricing page with a built-in calculator.
You see what you’ll pay before you ship a single box.
No setup fees. No monthly minimums. No hidden surcharges. Send a test batch of 50 units and see how we work — pay only for what we prep.
Volume discounts on FNSKU labeling kick in at 100, 500, and 1,000+ units per month.
Invoiced after each shipment is prepped and shipped out. Net 7 terms by default — pay within a week of receiving the invoice. ACH, wire transfer, or credit card.
For higher-volume sellers, we can set up monthly billing on request.
24–48 hours from inbound receipt to outbound shipment for standard volumes. Larger batches (1,000+ units in one shipment) may take 2–3 days.
12-hour rush turnaround available for small batches when you need it — tell us upfront and we’ll prioritize the workflow.
We document it with photos and notify you before doing anything else. Together we decide: ship anyway, separate damaged units, ship back to supplier, or dispose.
The photos are time-stamped — useful if you need to file a claim with your supplier or carrier.
Yes — included at no extra cost. We photograph incoming inventory, prepped units, and outbound shipments. All time-stamped, archived, and available to you on request.
Useful for supplier disputes, insurance claims, and Amazon/Walmart cases where you need to prove unit condition.
Full returns cycle: receiving, photo documentation, inspection, sorting (resellable / damaged / defective), then ship back, re-prep, or dispose — your call per case.
Resellable returns get re-prepped and sent back to FBA/WFS as new inbound. For most sellers this adds 3–7% back to monthly margins.

UPS for Amazon Partner Carrier shipments, FedEx, USPS for smaller volumes, and any carrier you specify. For WFS we ship to Pedricktown NJ via approved Walmart carriers.
Shipping label costs are passed through at carrier rates — we don’t mark them up.
Three steps:
Standard FBA and WFS categories: beauty, health, home goods, electronics, apparel, supplements, toys, kitchen, pet supplies, books, office supplies.
If you’re not sure whether your category fits, ask us. Some borderline categories (e.g., supplements with restricted ingredients) we handle case-by-case.
Three categories we don’t take:
This isn’t false modesty — it’s how we keep quality high on what we do handle.
We answer within 24 hours — usually much faster. Tell us about your business, your volume, what you ship. We’ll get back with clear answers and next steps.
